Refund policy

We've all been here "The shirt is great but the design looks a little...Drunk?" or "Love the print but the white tee I ordered is a bit, red?". Nobody likes receiving incorrect colours or doggy prints. While we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt (grrr!). Issues like this represent less than 1% of our orders, but then they do arise, we’ll handle it!

BJP Tees will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, yep you get to keep it. (That's a back up gift for someone right there!)

BJP Tees does not offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to

• Customer prefers another sizing
• Customer ordered the wrong colour or design
  
• Customer is not "Feelin' it" anymore
  

So if you're on your 3rd glass of Hunter Valley plonk PLEASE double check everything before you make a click you can't take back.
