Marty Scorsese was always going to end up in the collection at some point. But rather than start with one of is many films, I wanted to start with the filmmaker himself. This photo has stuck with me for years because it catches him before the world really knew who he was. There's something I love about those little moments in time that end up meaning so much more when you look back on them.
