Point Break was one of those 90s films that somehow became more than just an action movie. Kathryn Bigelow blended surfing, crime, philosophy and incredible practical filmmaking into something completely its own, with Patrick Swayze’s Bodhi becoming one of those characters you couldn’t forget.
The Ex-Presidents are one of the images that instantly takes you back to that world. This was my way of capturing a film that stuck with me and a time when action movies had real personality.
Bodhi was never just chasing the next score.
